Begin 2026 on a good path!
This new year, explore a fresh approach to calm and ease amidst the chaos in our world. A senior Nalandabodhi teacher will be joining this supportive community in investigating the timeless, relaxed practice of meditation in the buddhist tradition. Meditation will be accompanied by periods of movement, presentation and discussion. Beginners welcome!

Morning Session: 9am-noon / Afternoon Session: 1:30-4:30pm

Mark Power has been a student of the Buddhadharma for several decades and has studied with Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche since the early 1990s. In 2005, he was appointed as a teacher (Mitra) with a focus on the Path of Mindful Activity – the intersection of dharma, creativity and daily life. Mitra Mark lives in the Hudson Valley with his wife, Marion.
