Join the Nalandabodhi Philadelphia meditation center every Sunday morning for open meditation online. Beginning meditators are welcome to attend, and initial meditation instruction, part of Nalandbodhi’s Path of Meditation, is offered as needed. All are free to arrive and leave during the session as individual schedules allow.
Opening chants provided on the screen, so you can recite or just follow along silently. After opening chants, meditation begins, with a brief break about half-way through. An opportunity for questions and socializing with each other is provided at the end of the session.
Open meditation is online from 9:45-10:30 a.m. via Zoom.
