Contemplative Reflective Writing - Nalandabodhi Philadelphia

Contemplative Reflective Writing

Wed., October 21, 2020
7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

This monthly workshop with  Mona Pearl Treyball offers an opportunity for a small group of sangha members to come together to deepen our spiritual journey through contemplation, writing and reflection.

The group will meet online on the third Wednesday of each month, September through December, engaging in the curious exploration of mind through writing.

Most of the two-hour sessions will be devoted to writing, with some discussion and reflection within the group

Each person may bring a prompt – taking turns offering prompts, contemplating, writing, and then sharing reflections. Holding each other in a trusting compassionate embrace, then see what pops out!

What do you need?

Not much – something to write with, something to write on, a drink that makes you happy, and an open mind!   You are invited on this adventure!
