Join us for Sunday Meditation on *Zoom*.
Whether you’re new to meditation or an experienced practitioner, please join us for our weekly group meditation. Currently we are meeting virtually. Contact us at philadelphia@nalandabodhi.org if you have questions or to request the Zoom link.
Each session begins with some opening chants. The text for these chants will be on the screen, so you can recite or just follow along silently. There is usually about 20-minutes of sitting meditation, followed by a brief break, and then another 20-minute meditation session. There is also an opportunity for sharing comments or questions toward the end of the session. Brief meditation guidance is offered when needed.
